Morning Disc

I’m not sleeping well. But I do feel rested.

I’m falling asleep around nine in the evening, yet waking up sometime around midnight or one in the morning. I then doddle around until four or so, finally sleeping until six or so.

All of which means that I’m up now, at five am, jonesing for something to do. And I can only think of one thing: disc golf. This happens in my life: excited motivation to master a new skill or domain of knowledge. I wouldn’t quite say that I’m obsessed.

Nah.

But I am enthused.

I want to throw straight and, once I can do that, I want to throw far. And then hopefully I’ll hit par more often.

For as par goes so goes life.
